Common Setup Adjustments & Fixes

Channels are not loading or spinning

  • Verify that your Server URL, Username, and Password have zero typos or spaces.
  • Clear the app cache (Settings > Apps > Your IPTV App > Clear Cache).
  • Reboot your Wi-Fi router and streaming device.

Occasional buffering during peak live sports

  • Connect your device directly via wired Ethernet cable rather than Wi-Fi.
  • If using Wi-Fi, ensure you are connected to the 5GHz frequency band, not 2.4GHz.
  • In player settings, set Stream Format to 'HLS' or 'MPEG-TS' and enable Hardware Acceleration.
  • Restart your router to clear temporary DNS routing congestion.

EPG (TV Guide) not showing programme schedules

  • In your IPTV player settings, find 'EPG' and click 'Update EPG' or 'Refresh Guide'.
  • Ensure your device date and time zone are set correctly to London / GMT.
