1. Introduction

By accessing our website or purchasing a streaming package from 4K Stream UK, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Subscriptions & Instant Activation

Subscription packages are available for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Each plan specifies the maximum number of simultaneous device connections permitted (1, 2, or 3 connections).

• Your subscription begins once login credentials have been issued by our team.
• Subscriptions are non-recurring by default — you will never be charged automatically unless you request a renewal.
• Simultaneous connections must not exceed the limit purchased with your plan.

3. Free Trial Terms

We provide a single 12-hour free trial per household. Free trials are strictly intended for prospective subscribers to evaluate stream performance and compatibility with their broadband and devices. Trial accounts expire automatically after 12 hours without charge.

4. Acceptable Fair Usage Policy

Subscribers agree not to re-stream, redistribute, or publicly rebroadcast our video feeds without holding an authorized Reseller agreement. Commercial redistribution of consumer lines will result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Service Availability & Anti-Freeze Guarantee

While 4K Stream UK maintains an average server availability rating exceeding 99.9%, temporary maintenance or ISP routing issues outside of our direct control may occasionally occur. Our technical support team works 7 days a week to ensure any feed disruptions are resolved swiftly.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Because we offer a free 12-hour trial before purchase, we strongly encourage every customer to test our service prior to subscribing. If an irrecoverable technical issue arises on our server infrastructure that prevents viewing within the first 24 hours of a new paid subscription, our team will review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
